Spinning: A very common method used to produce circular symmetrical parts such as dishes, cups and cones. When machining, pushing a metal plate rotating at a high speed also tells the model on a rotating, fixed lathe to get a pre-set shape. The process is suitable for a variety of bulk production.


Bending: An economical manufacturing process for processing any form of sheet, rod and tube material.


Continuous molding: the metal sheet fed between the pressure rollers to obtain a continuous length, cross-sectional shape of the metal. Similar to the extrusion process, but with limited wall thickness of the machined components, only a single wall thickness is obtained. Only in the premise of mass production, the cost of processing is the most reasonable.


Stamping: metal sheet placed between the male and female mold after the pressure molding for processing hollow shape, the depth can be deep and shallow.


Punching: the use of special tools in the metal plate punching a certain shape of the process, large and small batch production can be applied.


Punching: The punching process is basically similar, the difference is that the former uses the punch part, which uses the remaining part of the sheet metal after punching.


Shearing: It is a reason to cut a sheet of metal in shear and to cut it from the best position with a pair of scissors.


Chip Forming: When cutting metal, there is a method of cutting chip production, referred to as chip forming, including milling, drilling, lathe machining and grinding, sawing and other processes.


No chip forming: the use of existing metal strip or metal sheet molding. No chips are produced. Such processes include chemical processing, corrosion, electrical discharge machining, sandblasting, laser cutting, water jet cutting, and thermal cutting.
