Network Cabinet Production Development
- Dec 24, 2018 -

Most of the network cabinets used in the early days were made of castings or angle steels connected by screws or rivets or welded into cabinet frames, and covered by thin steel plates (doors). This type of cabinet is bulky, cumbersome and has a simple shape and has been eliminated. With the use of transistors and integrated circuits and the miniaturization of various components and devices, the structure of the cabinet has also been developed in the direction of miniaturization and building blocks. The network cabinet has evolved from a full-panel structure in the past to a plug-in and plug-in structure with a certain size series. The assembly arrangement of the plug-in box and the plug-in is divided into two types: horizontal arrangement and vertical arrangement. The network cabinet materials generally use thin steel plates, steel profiles of various cross-section shapes, aluminum profiles and various engineering plastics. In addition to welding and screwing, the frame of the network cabinet is also bonded.
